Mr. Harry Staley, CIO, MBA, is Chairman and CEO of Prime Business Solutions, LLC. Staley is a senior Executive Manager and Information Technology Consultant who has successfully undertaken roles as Portfolio Manager and Project Manager. He has demonstrated leadership with large teams in the life-cycle delivery of complex, business critical solutions and risk management orientated IT infrastructure, application and business organizational re-engineering as well as acting as chief information officer (CIO). As a Sr. Senior Business Analyst consultant on contract with the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), Staley provided business process improvement and analytical services supporting the Auctions Accounting Group (AAG) COTR Program. He holds an MBA in Information Security Management, an MA in computer resources and information management, and a post-graduate Executive Master’s Certificate in information management.
Phyllicia M. Hatton, M.Div. is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Prime Business Solutions, LLC providing customer-focused, relationship-based, unique business portfolio on technology in cyber security. Rev. Hatton possesses over twenty-nine years of experience in the meeting, conference and event management industry. She is the Owner and President of Phenomenal Productions, LLC, a creative event planning organization that has managed event marketing, tradeshow, and exhibit management and production. She offers value opposition to customers and coordinates the design, management of every detail of the event planning, and management of all a company’s outreach and communications materials. Hatton brings in experts from business, academic and the government to discuss the impact that cybersecurity breaches have on the public, the electronic devices in use, the government legislation and regulatory pressures, and information security concerns. Informed discussions on IT security of companies and government IT departments and their specific steps recommended to mitigate internet breaches and cyber intrusions. Rev. Hatton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the area of Micro-environmental Studies and Design from Howard University and completed studies in the Master of Divinity program and thesis work in the discipline of Ethics at the School of Divinity at Howard University.
Ose Ogunfiditimi is the owner of Art&Grind a visual support firm based in Washington DC. His company provides support and marketing services to businesses and non-profit agencies. His
background in communications afforded him necessary skills to produce television programs, documentaries, motion picture films. He has also worked in print design and production management. After his ten year career as a project manager for the Mayor's Executive Office of Cable Television, Mr. Ose decided it was time for a change. He started Art&Grind, a new venture which allows him to give back and teach others the art of visual design. In addition to teaching, Mr. Ose is a regular contributor to Art&Grind Magazine and an enthusiastic long boarding fan. He recently collaborated on a screenplay with friend and colleague, Charles Garris, entitled "Door Die DC", in which he and Mr. Garris presented research compiled during a summer spent in DC.
Mr. Manuel Geraldo, Esq. is a Partner at Prime Business Solutions, LLC and Owner of Robinson and Geraldo, a general law practice concentrating on civil litigation for matters such as business, workers compensation, domestic relations, and injury. He is Counsel to businesses and non-profit organizations. Geraldo is also a Commissioner with the Prince George’s County Planning Board and directs the work of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) through the Prince George’s County Planning Department and the Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation. He is the Chairman of the Maryland Board of Airport Zoning Appeals (BAZA). This board was formed to help enforce Baltimore Washington International Airport Thurmond Marshall (BWI) Noise Zone regulations, which establishes a "noise zone" and “height zone” around BWI Airport and Martins Airport.
